The RESTART® Program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from sugar and processed foods. With a 3-week sugar detox built right in, the program focuses on how to use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings.
In this five-week program, you will meet with our Restart® certified instructor in a small group setting (online) as we guide you through a sugar detox and elimination diet that will give you increased energy, boosted immune system, more restful sleep, clarity and focus, decreased anxiety and your clothes will fit better.
In addition, we have completely automated and simplified the RESTART® Program by integrating each step into our menu and recipe platform that includes Instacart™ integration so you can have all of your groceries delivered straight to your doorstep saving you time and money.
Each week you will learn:
Get Ready! Learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful REAL FOOD sugar detox.
The sugar detox begins! You will be fully supported as you go through this gentle yet powerful detox that will give your digestive system a well-deserved “vacation” from sugar. You will also learn about how digestion is supposed to work.
This is the second week of the sugar detox! You have already begun to feel changes from getting sugar out of your diet. You will also learn more fully the effects that sugar has on your body and about proper blood sugar regulation.
The final week of the sugar detox. By this point you will most likely be feeling renewed energy, sleeping better, experiencing less cravings, and feeling more present and focused in your life. You will also learn about healthy fats and why they are vital to good health.
YOU DID IT! This is a time for celebration and reflection on your experiences over the past 5 weeks. You will learn how to move forward from here with Unpickled Meal Plans, making the best choices for your body.

Our recipe collections include built in shopping lists and Instacart integration so you can get your groceries delivered straight to your door. In fact, you get to determine the quantity of servings for your meals and our shopping list tool automatically adjusts what you need from the grocery store whether you go in person or order online.
